Tabata is a style of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

The workout is made up of eight rounds of high-intensity exercises in a specific 20 seconds-on, 10 seconds-off interval. This will repeat as we go though each muscle group. We will end with a nice long stretch.

Anyone at any fitness level is welcome.

The goal of the class is to:
-Increase general fitness (strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance). Weight loss may occur as a bonus but is not guaranteed. 🙂

There will NOT be any:
-Unrealistic fitness expectations. I recognize that everyone is at different fitness levels so all I ask is that the participants push themselves to get the most gain but listen to their bodies and be safe.

$75 for session (10 classes). $10 per class drop in is an option.

About the Instructor:

Montana Quiring has been active as a fitness instructor in Manitoba since 2011. He has instructed fitness classes in St. Adolphe as well as at the University of Manitoba.
