We are going to re-do the Chest/Back workout because there wasn’t a big turn out for that first class and darn it, it’s a good one. 🙂 Bring a couple of light dumb bells/free weights and a neighbour.

Men, this week we’ll be doing Plyometrics, also know as jump training. If you want to excel at most sports and fitness activities, doing Plyometrics will help you up your game! See you at 6:30 on Tuesday at SABF on Main street St Adolphe.
Due to the popularity of the Kenpo Karate workout two weeks ago we are going to be doing it again. Wear loose cloths and get read to get your heart going and your fists flying.
This week Montana will be doing the P90X Back/Biceps workout. Come on down to learn how to build a bigger gun show. 🙂 See you at 6:30 on Tuesday at the St Adolphe Bible Fellowship church on Main street. Since we’ll be doing different types of arm curls, bring two dumb bells/free weights (8-15lbs depending on your fitness level).
This week the women’s fitness class will be doing Turbo Jam. They will be building a bit on what was done in the previous class but it’s not required to have come to the previous class. Come and join in on Monday’s at 6:30!
The Men’s class will be doing chest/back exercises. Come and get in better shape for hockey or if you just want to get out of house and burn off some steam. Bring a water bottle and two light dumb bells (free weights) if you have them.
