Fitness Kickboxing Classes

Participants will:
-Increase their fitness level
-Develop controlled kickboxing, and fighting skills
-Learn how to use kickboxing training equipment

Anyone at any fitness level can join in.

You will learn fighting skills but not be required to do any contact fighting. Focus pads will be used for training. Participants will be required to provide their own gloves. Light-contact sparring is optional, at the discretion of the instructor, and opt-in by the participant.

St. Adolphe (St. Adolphe School Gym)

Wednesdays 7pm – 8pm
Age: Teens and adults
8pm-8:30pm – Continuation of teen/adult class with advanced training and light contact sparring (at instructor’s discretion and opt-in for participant)

Niverville (Soul Family Fitness)

Tuesdays 6pm-7pm – THIS CLASS IS FULL
Age: Kids age 7-12

Cost:
$80 for the session. Sorry, no drop-in classes available as each session is progressive.
FALL SESSION DEAL: Come as a pair: $140 for both people.
RETURNING PARTICIPANTS: Save an additional $10 per person

Bring your friend, wife, husband, teen, etc. Signing up with someone you know is encouraged as many of the activities are partner based. You are welcome to sign up by yourself and you can pick a partner at each class. The instructor can sub in as a partner when needed.

About the Instructor:

Montana Quiring has been active as a fitness instructor in Manitoba since 2011. He has instructed fitness classes in St. Adolphe, Ste. Agathe, Norwood as well as at the University of Manitoba.

Kumite (fighting/sparring): 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals
