Fitness Kickboxing Classes

Thes classes are “partner-based” fitness classes where you learn kickboxing skills without the contact part of the sport. Part of the classes will include fitness conditioning. The classes feature the following goals:

-Increase general fitness (strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance). Weight loss may occur as a bonus but is not guaranteed. 🙂
-Develop controlled kickboxing,and fighting skills
-Learn how to use kickboxing training equipment

There will NOT be any:
-Fighting. You will learn fighting skills but will not do any actual contact fighting.
-Unrealistic fitness expectations. I recognize that everyone is at different fitness levels so all I ask is that the participants challenge themselves but remain safe.
