For Men, Women and Teens
(anyone of any or no gender, 13+)

Participants will be required to provide their own boxing gloves.
You will NOT be required to do contact fighting/sparring but it’s available for those that want it.
Participants can borrow disinfected focus pads each class, but can use their own if they wish.

St. Adolphe (St. Adolphe School Gym) – Mondays – 8pm-9pm

Niverville (Shop Gym) – Tuesdays – 7:15pm-8:15pm

$80 for the session. Sorry, no drop-in classes available as each session is progressive.
MONEY SAVING DEAL: Come as a pair: $140 for both people (save $10 each).

Signing up with someone you know is encouraged as many of the activities are partner based.

General Class Structure for a 10 Class Session

Class # Class Activity
1 Learning and practicing basics (stance, movement, punches and kicks)
2 Learn proper pad usage and practice 1st combo. Kicking exercises.
3 Learn 2nd combo and practice both combos, cardio drills.
4 Simulated rings to apply combos 1 & 2.
5 Circuits and fitness training class. Start to learn combo 3.
6 Practice combo 3 and learn Combo 4.
7 Practice combo 3 & 4. Multiple opponent defense drills (Football flags).
8 Simulated rings to apply combos 3 & 4.
9 Circuits and fitness training class. Practice all combos.
10 Simulated rings to apply all four combos.


About the Instructor:

Montana Quiring of Tiger Training Fitness has been active as a fitness instructor in Manitoba since 2011. He has instructed fitness classes in St. Adolphe, Ste. Agathe, Norwood, St. Boniface as well as at the University of Manitoba.
