Fitness Kickboxing Classes

Come out and get in better shape for the summer and have fun doing it!

Participants will:
-Increase their fitness level
-Develop controlled kickboxing, and fighting skills
-Learn how to use kickboxing training equipment

There will not be any contact fighting. You will learn fighting skills but will not do any actual contact fighting. Focus pads will be used.

There will not be any unrealistic fitness expectations. Anyone at any level can join in.

2018 Spring Session Schedule (10 classes):
Wednesdays 7pm – 8pm St. Adolphe School Gym
April 11, 18, 25
May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 June 6, 13

Cost:
$75 for session (10 classes). Sorry, no drop-in classes available.
SPRING SESSION DEAL: Come as a pair: $120 for both people.
Returning kickboxing participants deal: save an additional $10

Men and women, and teens can register. Bring your friend, wife, husband, teen, etc. Signing up with someone you know is encouraged as most of the activities are partner based. You are welcome to sign up by yourself and you can pick a partner at each class. I will sub in as a partner when needed.

About the Instructor:

Montana Quiring has been active as a fitness instructor in Manitoba since 2011. He has instructed fitness classes in St. Adolphe, Ste. Agathe, Norwood as well as at the University of Manitoba.

-Manitoba Karate Provincials Black belt competitions (2014-2017):
Kumite (fighting/sparring): 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals
