Fitness Classes This Week

This week the women’s fitness class will be doing Turbo Jam. They will be building a bit on what was done in the previous class but it’s not required to have come to the previous class. Come and join in on Monday’s at 6:30!

 

The Men’s class will be doing the P90X Kenpo session. Kenpo (or Kenpo Karate) is a Japanese martial art. This session will be about stretching, punching and kicking. Come on Tuesday at 6:30 to try it out!
