Get ready to Turbo Jam!! We’re stepping it up a notch. This workout we’ll be doing the 20 min cardio (little more intense than what we’ve been doing) and also a 15min ab workout. So come on out….bring a friend, some energy and a floor mat. We’re gonna have fun!!!
