We’ll be rocking the same fun Turbo Jam workout as last week. 20min cardio and 20min abs. Bring a mat and a friend!! See you at 6:30 on Monday at SABF on Main street St Adolphe.

 

We are going to re-do the Chest/Back workout because there wasn’t a big turn out for that first class and darn it, it’s a good one. 🙂 Bring a couple of light dumb bells/free weights and a neighbour.
