Anyone at any fitness level is welcome.

The goal of the class is to:
-Increase general fitness (strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance).
-To find ways to challenge yourself
-Have fun while getting in better shape

There will NOT be any:
-Unrealistic fitness expectations. I recognize that everyone is at different fitness levels so all I ask is that the participants push themselves to get the most gain but listen to their bodies and be safe.

To make it interesting and fun, each class will be a bit of a mix of:
-Cardio
-Strength Training
-Stamina
-Coordination/Balance
-Flexibility
-Interval Exercises
-Circuits

Modifications will be provided during the class for lower impact, as well as higher challenges.

Adult Class:
7pm – 7:45pm

Oct 3, (10 is thanksgiving), 17, 24, (31 is Halloween)
Nov 7, 14, 21, 28
Dec 5, 12

Cost:

$75 for session (10 classes). $10 per class drop in is an option.

About the Instructor:

Montana Quiring has been active as a fitness instructor in Manitoba since 2011. He has instructed fitness classes in St. Adolphe, Ste. Agathe, Norwood, St. Boniface as well as at the University of Manitoba.
